Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all work carried out by Paramount Garage Bluewater Ltd at 122A Knockhall Chase, Greenhithe, Dartford, DA9 9EN. Please read them carefully before booking. Placing a booking means you accept them. These terms don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Quotes and estimates

Any price quoted before we've inspected your vehicle is an estimate based on the information you give us. Once we've inspected the vehicle we'll give you a firm quote for the work, and we won't carry out anything above that quote without your approval.

Parts and labour

We use quality OEM-equivalent or manufacturer parts as standard, and we guarantee our labour for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Part warranties are passed through from the part manufacturer.

MOT testing

MOT tests are carried out in line with the DVSA testing manual. A failed MOT is not a commercial opinion. It means your vehicle doesn't meet the legal standard. We'll explain any failure clearly and give you a quote for the repair work, which you're free to have carried out by us or elsewhere.

Collection, storage and keys

Vehicles left at our premises are held at your own risk. We take reasonable steps to secure them but we aren't responsible for items left inside the vehicle. Please remove valuables before dropping off.

Payment

Payment is due on collection. We accept card and cash. If payment isn't made within 7 days we may charge a storage fee and exercise our legal right of lien over the vehicle until the bill is settled.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
